Our muscles weaken and lose muscle mass (Sarcopenia) as we get older. It has been estimated that we human adults can lose 1-2% muscle mass per year. The better the exercising you do along with good nutrition the more fit and healthy you will be by having stronger muscles, stronger bones, and increased Lung capacity no matter what the age. We all know exercise is good for you, but do you know how good? From boosting your mood to improving your sex life. Try it and be amazed!

Who wants a healthy life? We all do of course. But how many of us know HOW to live a healthy lifestyle? It’s not about living longer. It’s about living healthier as we age and staying OUT of Hospitals and nursing homes. You need to take charge of your own health, and this can mean big changes to your lifestyle whether it is your physical lifestyle or what you eat lifestyle. The only person that can make these changes is you. The best way to maintain good health is to prevent illness in the first place.

Being Healed and Having Good Health comes from a Healthy Lifestyle. By eating nutritious foods, getting some quality sleep and exercise, reducing your exposure to toxins around you and reducing your stress (anxiety etc.) health and healing will come. A Healthy Lifestyle will reduce or eliminate Inflammation in your body which is a major cause of illness and chronic inflammatory diseases. It is not easy to put into a daily routine but take action in small ways and build from there.
